When picking up the bike, the customer needs to check the condition of the bike by themselves. Returns will not be accepted after the bike has been picked up.
All used bikes are in 90% new condition, but the configurations may differ from those of brand-new bikes. For specific details, please consult us before placing an order.
The warranty period for used bikes is one year.

1. Shipping Areas
-We offer shipping across most of the United Kingdom. However, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and other offshore locations.
-We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.
-Delivery is available to areas where FedEx can provide service; however, certain remote addresses may be subject to additional remote area surcharges.

2. Unable to Check Out Even Though Your Address is Within the Shipping Area?
-If you are experiencing checkout issues despite your address being eligible for delivery, please check whether there is an out-of-stock accessory in your cart.
-If so, kindly remove the unavailable item(s) and attempt to complete the checkout again.

The bike is basically in a pre-assembled state, and customers only need to follow 2-3 steps to complete the full assembly, which is very simple. More instructions of assembly, please check the video instructions.

-For in-stock ebikes, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Orders will take 3-8 days to deliver.

-For accessories, may ship separately from China, and typically take 7-14 days. You will be notified by email with tracking details.

Any delivery dates provided by Freesky are estimates.

Accessories other items:

Orders ≥ £100.01 → FREE SHIPPING

Orders ≤ £100 → £15 shipping fee

Northern Ireland → Not available (delivery not supported)
