Freesky 45-Day Price Protection Guarantee

Freesky offers a Price Protection Guarantee for eBike orders purchased directly from our official website.

1. Price Protection Period
For orders placed on or after October 23, 2026, the price protection period is 45 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on or before October 22, 2026, remain eligible for the previous 30-day price protection period. If the price of the exact same item (model, color, and configuration) is reduced on our website within the applicable protection period, you may apply for a price adjustment, subject to the terms below.

2. Exclusions
The following items and promotions are excluded from price protection:

- Accessories, electrical equipment, and replacement parts

- Used eBikes

- Promotional offers, including coupons, flash sales, bundle deals, clearance sales, and limited-time special offers

- Price differences resulting from changes in promotional gifts or free accessories, as outlined below

3. Promotional Gifts and Free Accessories
If your original purchase included free gifts or accessories that are no longer offered in a subsequent promotion, a lower advertised price alone does not automatically qualify for a price adjustment. We will compare the price reduction with the value of the gifts or accessories included in your original order. If the price reduction does not exceed the value of those gifts or accessories, no price adjustment will be granted.

4. Refund Method
Once approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

5. One Adjustment per Order
Each order is eligible for one price adjustment only. Price protection does not apply if the item has been discontinued or is out of stock.

6. How to Request Price Protection
To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team at serve.uk@freeskycycle.com within the applicable 30-day or 45-day protection period. Please provide your order number and proof of the lower price. We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
