Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all ebike orders within most parts of the United Kingdom, excluding certain regions due to logistical constraints.
Shipping Areas:

We offer shipping across most of the United Kingdom. However, due to logistical constraints, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and other remote offshore islands are excluded from delivery.

We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.

Delivery is available to areas supported by FedEx; however, some remote addresses may incur additional remote delivery fees.
Shipping Time

For in-stock ebikes, tracking numbers will be provided within 2 business days after shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days.

Accessories may ship separately from China and typically take 7–14 days. Tracking details will be sent via email.

Ebike
For in-stock e-bike orders, tracking numbers will be provided within 2 business days of dispatch. Orders are shipped via FedEx or DPD. It may take 24–48 hours for your shipment to be scanned into the carrier’s system. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.
For third-party shipping, no additional shipping information or documentation can be provided. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Note: We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland due to logistics restrictions.

Accessories usually ship from our warehouse in England and typically take 3–7 days for delivery. If not in stock in England, accessories will be shipped from our factory in China, taking approximately 2 weeks.

Orders ≤ £100 → £15 shipping fee

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: No charge if the order has not entered the shipping process.

Change of Address: No fee.

Replacements and Exchanges: No fee.
After shipping

Cancellation after shipment (once the tracking number is issued) will incur a shipping fee of £150 (£200 during the shopping season from October to December).

Change of delivery address after shipment will incur a £20 fee charged by carriers.
You can track your order and shipping details through your account on freeskycycle.uk if registered. If not, you can track your order using your order number on our site. For further shipping inquiries, email serve.uk@freeskycycle.com. We respond within 24 hours.
If you have not received your bike but the logistics system shows it has been signed for, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, we will no longer be able to assist, and you must contact the logistics company directly.
